Want my body back
I gained almost 50 pounds during my pregnancy and I lost the 30 pounds I still have 20 pounds to work on. But how? can u please advise me? LOL I kept asking my husband if I look fat but he just laugh and said I still love you. LOL funny right? I don't have much appetite to eat now so I'm happy because it will help me lose weight but its not that easy because i don't feel well and they said that I still have to eat more because its just 2 months from my labor but I don't really wanna be fat, I want the curve that I have before. I still have to lose this sagging tummy of mine and a fat legs. Its my fault too because i haven't tried exercise, i don't know! just the thought of exercising makes me tired,lazy me!! anyways I'll just let nature take its coursebitaw ambot unsaon ko nalang ni. They said that it well take 9 months to regain your body back again, do you think so? I'll have to be healthy not for me but for my baby that's the right thing to do now.

i think most women nowadays just wanted to lose weight but don't know where to start or just don't want to give up foods that made them gain weight. try eating lean meats, whole grain foods, non-fat, low sodium or low fat foods. if you buy something, read the nutrition label first before buying coz you might eat the food that is not right for you. beware of the trans fat and saturated fat. if you drink soda, choose the diet ones with no calories or unsweet tea then use the zero calorie sweetener. eat veggies and fruits for snacks, they are good for you. i guess that's a good start for now and hope this helps. :)
